Entry forms can be found at the link provided below. They can be sent to Gwen Jones at the provided address or handed to Susan King or Ellie Hill. Please be sure to send a check or cash with the entry form as well as your horses current negative coggins.
Liability Form
Liability forms will be available on site, they must be signed by any non-student riders prior to horses being unloaded.
